Naples St. Lucia brogue. The most beautiful and
romantic area inside the historical centre.
It seem a little island just in front of the grand Hotel Avenue (Via Caracciolo)
along the sea of Naples Gulf..
A group of ancient fishermen houses around the CASTEL DELL’OVO, once
a fortes.
And inside the brogue; restaurants where you can eat fresh fishes, nautical
circle and a lot of boats, sail boats and bar, bistrot, pub, and street
artists. In the night is the most enchanting place of all the city, a place
a-part; in the heart of Naples.
All the tourist sites are reachable on foot. All the most beautiful and
historical hotels with their lights are in front of the brogue. Posillipo
hill, over the sea, at your feet.
And the beautiful Castle, one of the most important monument of Naples,
in the centre of the little village.
In this village, in the heart of the city, we have berthed the sail boat
used as Bed&Breakfast
The boat stay at berthing and we use it as tourist house; the cabin become
rooms, the hostess and Master are Owners and they take care of their guest
considering every details.
You’ll feel at home, and you’ll have a grand hotel services
but only for four cabins, on a beautiful boat berthed on the sea, with the
assistance of Muster and owner for every time of your stay.
From your cabin you can see the sea -where you stay in- and the grand hotels,
the most beautiful city road, and, at the end the Vesuvius and Sorrento
Hills.

The house:
Great dinette (living room) furnished with precious wood, big sofa
and a big table for lunch dinner used for breakfast. Colour TV video-recorder,
satellite Telephone, stereo set, computer.
The external deck has a big table used also for breakfast in the spring-summer
time. This area is closed in winter and heated with stoves. You can
stay outside on the boat also with cold and with rain in an area protected
with big window glasses.
Cabins (rooms) 4 cabins. Three of these have double bed and a single
(a third large bed) bathroom reserved and shower area inside all the
bathroom.
The fourth is the Master Cabin. The suite. Double de-luxe bedroom
with private bath and larger space.
