Position
The residence is in Massa Lubrense, near the internationally famous tourist resorts of Sorrento and Positano and facing the isle of Capri, which can be reached by boat from every equipped beach. The village is in a large private park with leisure and sports facilities for all the family. The main nucleus of the accommodation is an old house linked by paths recommended and listed in a guide of nature excursions and walks.

- Residence E, 45 sq m, sleeps 5, composed of sitting-dining room with kitchen corner and sofa bed or double bed, double bedroom, single room, one bathrooms and terrace or balcony, or composed of sitting-dining room with kitchen corner and two single beds, a room with one double bed and one single bed, two bathrooms, terrace or independent garden.

Services on payment obligatory from the 6th of June to the 5th of September 2009:
Weekly personal card to pay on arrival, adults 18,00 Euro, children 4 - 12 years 10,00 euro. It includes: lifeguard public swimming pool open from May 2nd to October 24th - sun terrace with beds, deckchairs and umbrellas - shuttle bus for the beach at established times - playground - tennis/ 5 a side football court - ping pong.

Extra bed - cradle - air conditioning - parking space - snack-bar open from July to August.

SPESE OBBLIGATORIE DA PAGARE ALL’ARRIVO:
• € 80,00 (tariffa A e B), € 110,00 (tariffa C e D), € 130,00 (tariffa E e F) per consumi settimanali di acqua, elettricità, gas, pulizia (angolo cottura a cura del cliente o supplemento di € 20,00) e biancheria da letto e da bagno settimanale.
• Tessera club per l’utilizzo dei servizi del residence dal 06.06.09 al 05.09.09: € 18,00 (adulti) ed € 10,00 (bambini 4-12 anni) a persona a settimana
• Deposito cauzionale € 100,00 da pagare cash all’arrivo e rimborsato alla partenza, salvo danni.

NOTE:
La navetta per la spiaggia sarà disponibile dal 6 giugno al 5 settembre 2009.
La piscina sarà aperta dal 2 maggio al 24 ottobre 2009.
La reception sarà aperta solo il sabato per gli ingressi e per le partenze.
